白色流质在老年结肠镜肠道准备中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨白色流质作为复方聚乙二醇电解质散(PEG)溶剂在老年肠镜肠道准备中的应用效果.方法回顾性分析2021年1月至6月接受肠镜检查60~80岁患者的临床资料,根据PEG溶剂不同分为清流质组(142例)和白色流质组(145例),比较两组导泻剂相关不良事件发生率、肠道准备质量和腺瘤检出率.结果白色流质组和清流质组发生的相关不良事件分别为3例(2.07%)、14例(9.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).白色流质组和清流质组肠道准备Boston评分为(6.74±1.07)分和(6.58±0.94)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).但白色流质组肠道准备良好率60.69%,明显优于清流质组48.59%(P<0.05).白色流质组的总体腺瘤检出率(ADR)、近端结肠ADR、平均腺瘤检出数与清流质组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论白色流质作为PEG的溶剂在老年肠镜前肠道准备中是安全有效的.Objective To explore the efeet of white fluid as Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder(PEG)in intestinal preparation for colonoscopy in elderly patients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select elderly patients aged 60-80 years who underwent colonoscopy from January to June 2021.According to the kind of solvent,they were divided into clear liquid group(142 cases)and white fluid group(145 cases).The incidence of cathartic related adverse events,the quality of intestinal preparation and the detection rate of adenoma were compared between two groups.Results The related adverse events ocured in 3 cases(2.07%)of whie fluid group and 14 case(986%)of clear liquid group,with satisical sgifiance(P<0.05).The Boston scores of intestinal preparation in white fluid group and clear liquid group were 6.74±1.07 and 6.58±0.94,respectively,without stistically sigifiace(lP>0.5).However,the good intestinal preparaion rate in the white fluid group was 60.69%,which was sgnificantly better than 48.59%in the clear liquid group(P<0.05).The overall adenoma detection rate(ADR),proximal ADR and avernge adenoma detection mumber in white fluid group were no significant diferene from that in clear liquid group(P>0.05).Conclusion As the solvent of PEG,white fluid is safe and efctive in intestinal preparation for eldely colonoscopy.
