摘  要:职业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,随着时代发展的需要,高职院校单一招生模式发生改变,形成了普高、单招、三校生、直升专、扩招五种主要生源模式,差异化的生源为高职院校提升人才培养质量提出了新的挑战。不同生源学生的学习行为对其学习效果产生了不同的影响,这种不同的影响又进一步影响着学生学习技能的掌握,面对生源多样化,高职教育要创新教学模式、教学内容、教学评价和教学队伍,进一步差异化教学,因材施教,培养出社会发展需要的大国工匠、大国巧匠。Vocational education is an important part in China’s education system.With development,the students recruitment mode in vocational colleges has changed greatly from single recruitment of students from middle schools to the mixing recruitment of students from middle schools,secondary vocational schools,technical secondary schools and vestibule schools,which forms a new challenge to higher vocational education.The learning behavior of students from different backgrounds has different influence on their learning effect,which further affects the mastery of students’learning skills.Facing the diversification of students,teachers in vocational colleges should innovate their teaching modes,the teaching content and the teaching evaluation models,differentiate their teaching in accordance with different level of students.
