摘 要:数字化时代,侦查与数据技术的高度融合引发了犯罪现场勘查工作在勘查主体、勘查对象和勘查功能等方面的转变。现有的公安院校犯罪现场勘查教学内容主要以传统刑事案件现场勘查为主,难以满足数字化时代犯罪现场勘查工作的需要。相应地,犯罪现场勘查教学出现培养目标错位、基础理论研究滞后、教学方式方法僵化和师资队伍知识结构老化等问题。教育的滞后与实践的发展呈现一种张力,客观上造成公安院校人才培养质量的下降。因此,公安院校犯罪现场勘查教学应从信息化、实战化、综合化三个角度重塑培养目标,反思与重构犯罪现场勘查基础理论,丰富犯罪现场勘查教学方式方法,升级迭代师资队伍的知识结构,打造专业化教学团队。In the digital age,the high integration of investigation and data technology has led to changes in the subject,object and function of crime scene investigation.The existing crime scene investigation teaching in public security colleges is mainly based on traditional criminal case scene investigation,which is difficult to meet the needs of crime scene investigation in the digital era.Accordingly,there are some problems in the teaching of crime scene investigation,such as the dislocation of students'training objectives,the lag of basic theory research,the rigidity of teaching methods and the aging knowledge structure of teachers.The lag of education and the development of practice show a kind of tension,which objectively leads to the decline of the quality of personnel training in public security colleges.Therefore,the teaching of crime scene investigation in public security colleges should reshape the training objectives of students from the perspectives of informatization,actual combat and integration,reflect and reconstruct the basic theory of crime scene investigation,and rely on information technology.enrich the teaching methods and methods of crime scene investigation,upgrade the knowledge structure of iterative teachers,and build a professional teaching team.
