摘 要:针对已经服役铁路车辆疲劳寿命问题,以某铝合金地铁中间车为研究对象,基于ASME标准的等效结构应力法对该铝合金中间车进行疲劳强度分析。确定了车体的垂向、纵向以及横向的疲劳载荷,并对比了三种疲劳载荷工况下车体的最大和最小主应力,结果均满足要求。最后基于EN12663标准对应力区域最大的两条焊缝进行疲劳寿命评估,结果表明:地铁铝合金车体结构满足EN12663标准对于疲劳寿命的要求,焊缝抗疲劳性能达标。In view of the fatigue life of the railway in service,this paper takes an aluminum alloy subway intermediate car as the research object,and analyzes the fatigue strength of the aluminum alloy subway intermediate car based on ASME standard equivalent structural stress method.The vertical,longitudinal and transverse fatigue loads of the car body were determined,and the maximum and minimum principal stresses of the car body were compared under three kinds of fatigue loads,and the results all met the requirements.Finally,the fatigue life of 2 welds with the largest stress area was evaluated based on EN12663 standard.The results showed that the structure of subway aluminum alloy car body met the requirements of EN12663 standard for fatigue life,and the fatigue resistance of welds reached the standard.
