摘　　要：从总体上看,史与志一脉相通,相辅相成。当今地方志工作机构承担编著地方史的任务,从地方史编著视角来看,传统研究史志关系的观点诸如“当代修志、隔代修史”“史详古略今,志详今略古”尚存探讨之处。编著地方史要正确处理评论的内容,坚持社会主义核心价值观。地方史侧重社会人文的记述,不应过度扩张其承载范围。志书的资料性、检索性更强,地方史的著述性、学理性更强。地方史要具有系统性,揭示事物发展客观规律,正确把握资料性与著述性。In general, local history and local records are in the same vein and complement each other.Today’s local records agencies undertake the task of compiling local history. From the perspective of local historiographers, the traditional viewpoints on the relationship between local history and local records, such as "revising the records contemporarily and revising the history between generations", as well as "detailed on the past and brief on the present in history, while detailed on the present and brief on the past in records" are still open to discussion. In the compilation of a local history, the content of comments should be correctly handled,and the core socialist values should be adhered to. Local history should focus on the description of society and humanities and not over-expand its carrying range. Local records are more informative and searchable, while local history is more descriptive and academically rational. Local history must be systematic, reveal the objective laws of the development of things, and correctly grasp the nature of materials and writings.
