摘 要:【目的】探明β-胡萝卜素添加量及饲料制作方法对七星瓢虫成虫生物学特性的影响,为β-胡萝卜素饲喂剂量及饲料制作提供借鉴。【方法】采用室内培养试验设置不同β-胡萝卜素添加量(5 mg/kg、10 mg/kg、15 mg/kg、20 mg/kg和25 mg/kg)及不同饲料形态(干粉和糊状)饲喂七星瓢虫,通过对不同饲料饲喂后七星瓢虫成虫取食、交配、寿命及产卵等生物学特性的评价分析,明确较优β-胡萝卜素添加量及饲料制作方法。【结果】采用β-胡萝卜素添加量为15 mg/kg、20 mg/kg和25 mg/kg的糊状和干粉饲料饲养,七星瓢虫产卵量分别为1 349粒和1 773粒、1 272粒和2 434粒和985粒和2 347粒,显著高于其余浓度饲料处理;各处理七星瓢虫成虫取食频次、交配频次、体重、死亡率及卵的孵化率分别为0.166~0.383次/min、0.072~0.217次/min、0.057~0.064 g/对、18.32%~23.33%及72.90%~81.80%,处理间无显著差异;β-胡萝卜素添加量为20 mg/kg的干粉饲料饲养七星瓢虫的产卵量为2 434粒,显著高于糊状饲料(1 272粒)。【结论】β-胡萝卜素添加量为20 mg/kg时七星瓢虫的产卵效果最佳。【Objective】The effect of β-carotene adding amount and feed preparation methods on the biological characteristics of adult Coccinella septempunctata is explored adding amount,which provides reference for determining β-carotene feeding dose and making feed.【Method】Through indoor cultivation experiment,C.septempunctata are fed with different adding amount of β-carotene(5 mg/kg,10 mg/kg,15 mg/kg,20 mg/kg,25 mg/kg)and different feed forms(dry powder or paste).The feeding,mating,longevity,oviposition and other biological characteristics of C.septempunctata are evaluated and analyzed to determine the optimal adding amount of β-carotene and the method of feed preparation.【Results】The fecundity of C.septempunctata fed with 15 mg/kg,20 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg β-carotene dry powder or paste was 1 349 and 1 773,1 272 and 2 434,985 and 2 347,respectively,which were significantly higher than other treatments.The adult feeding frequency,mating frequency,body weight,mortality rate and hatching rate of egg were 0.166~0.383 times/min,0.072~0.217 times/min,0.057~0.064 g/pair,18.32%~23.33% and 72.90%~81.80%,respectively.There were no significant differences among the treatments.The fecundity of C.septempunctata fed with 20 mg/kg dry powder was 2 434,which was significantly higher than that fed with paste powder(1 272).【Conclusion】The fecundity was the highest when the β-carotene adding amount is 20 mg/kg.
