摘  要:【目的】探明不同分切打叶方式对片烟形状特征的影响,为打叶复烤实时检测、即时调整打叶工艺参数提供参考依据。【方法】采用片烟大小及其分布检测系统测量不同部位和不同加工方式生产的片烟的形状特征,分析不同加工方式对各部位片烟紧致度和小岛法分形维数的影响。【结果】平均紧致度呈上部烟(85.96)<中部烟(118.74)<下部烟(129.5),分形维数呈上部烟(1.27)<中部烟(1.29)<下部烟(1.30);分切后打叶片烟形状更紧致,但分切刀数对片烟结构、形状均无显著影响;圆盘式打辊打后片烟紧致度优于耳座式打辊;尺寸较大的框栏能生产出结构和形状更符合制丝需求的片烟,同时对下部烟形状有明显影响。【结论】可利用片烟大小及其分布系统测定不同打叶方式对片烟形状、结构及其均匀性的影响;引入紧致度和分形维数评价方法,不仅能够得到更接近真实烟丝尺寸的评价标准,还可为烟丝结构与片烟结构的模型关联研究打下基础。【Objective】To explore the influence of different cutting and threshing methods on the shape characteristics of tobacco,so as to provide a reference basis for real-time detection of threshing and redrying and real-time adjustment of threshing process parameters.【Method】The size and distribution detection system of cigarette was used to measure the shape characteristics of different parts of cigarette with different production methods,and the effects of different production methods on the compactness of cigarette and the fractal dimension of island method were analyzed.【Results】The average compactness shows as tobacco with upper leaves(85.96)<tobacco with middle leaves(118.74)<tobacco with lower leaves(129.5),fractal dimension shows as tobacco with upper leaves(1.27)<tobacco with middle leaves(1.29)<tobacco with lower leaves(1.30);After slitting,the shape of tobacco leaves is more compact,but the number of slitting has no significant effect on the structure and shape of tobacco leaves;The cigarette compactness by disc-type beating and rolling is better than that of ear-base-type beating and rolling;Larger frame bars can produce stripe cigarettes whose structure and shape more meet the needs of silk making,and have a significant impact on the shape of tobacco with lower leaves.【Conclusion】The influence of different cutting and threshing methods on the shape,structure and uniformity of leaf tobacco can be measured by using the size and distribution system of leaf tobacco;The introduction of compactness and fractal dimension evaluation methods can not only get the evaluation standard closer to the real cut tobacco size,but also lay a foundation for the model correlation study of cut tobacco structure and sheet tobacco structure.
