摘 要:【目的】探明火龙果水提物对皮肤的安全性及其体内抗氧化活性,为提高火龙果附加值及促进贵州火龙果产业可持续发展提供依据。【方法】以SPF级大鼠为研究对象,通过皮肤涂抹的方法研究紫红龙火龙果水提物对大鼠皮肤的急性经皮毒性及其皮肤含水量、丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。【结果】经急性经皮毒性试验后大鼠未出现明显中毒症状及死亡,经单次皮肤刺激性试验、多次皮肤刺激性试验刺激强度均为无刺激性;涂抹火龙果水提物的大鼠皮肤与对照组(涂抹等体积生理盐水)相比触感较柔软,皮肤水分含量呈上升趋势,30 d时提升30.5%,且丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低69.7%;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈上升趋势,提升20.6%。【结论】火龙果水提物对大鼠皮肤的刺激不明显,其可提高大鼠皮肤含水量且增强皮肤抗氧化性。【Objective】The skin application safety and antioxidant activity in vivo of pitaya aqueous extract are evaluated to provide the basis for improving the added value of pitaya and promoting the sustainable development of pitaya industry in Guizhou.【Method】The effects of ‘Zihonglong’ pitaya aqueous extract on acute dermal toxicity and its skin moisture content,MDA content and SOD activity of SPF rats are studied through skin smear method.【Result】After acute dermal toxicity test,no obvious poisoning symptoms or death of rats are observed,and the irritation intensity shows no irritation through single skin irritation test and multiple skin irritation test.Compared with CK(applied equivalent volume of physiological saline),the rat skin applied pitaya aqueous extract is more soft,and the moisture content shows an increasing trend.On the 30 d,the moisture content and SOD activity are increased by 30.5% and 20.6% respectively,while MDA content is decreased by 69.7%.【Conclusion】Pitaya aqueous extract has no obvious irritation on rat skin,and it can improve the moisture content and antioxidant activity of rat skin.
