摘　　要：建设“命运共同体”的倡议为翻译工作提供了新的发展方向,赋予译者新的角色。外资企业这种特定的工作环境中的译者,其具体的翻译实践反映着企业的跨文化管理,翻译过程中承担着响应“命运共同体”倡议的重任。通过对比同一文本材料的机器翻译译文和译者译文,探索译者的角色创新及翻译作用:译者是源语和目标语国家政策的互惠者、企业管理制度的调解者和国家文化的弥补者,发挥独特的翻译作用。The initiative of“a community of shared future”by president indicates a new direction for translation and provides new roles for the translators.In the foreign companies,the translation practice of the translators shows the cross-culture management of the corporate and their roles are tied with the initiative of“a community of shared future”.Further,through the comparison between the translation script of the machine translation and the translator,it is clear that new roles are built of the translator between the source language and target lan-guage:the promotor of policies with mutual interests,the coordinator of the management system,and the com-pensator of cultural gaps.
