摘　　要：应用战役学理念指导国家医学中心建设,并对国家医学中心建设中的重大公共卫生事件应对和疑难危重症诊治、医学先进科学与技术创新、医学拔尖人才培养、国际交流与合作、现代医院管理模式与体制机制创新、党建与优秀文化守正创新、社会辐射引领作用等方面进行了分析研究,推动国家医学中心建设的理论与实践的永续创新,确保公立医院成为我国医疗卫生体系的主体,并担当起人民健康主力军的重任。The concept of campaign science has been innovatively applied to guide the construction of National Medical Center.It carries out analyzation and researches on aspects of constructive medical centers,such as the response to major public health emergency,diagnosis and treatment of difficult and critical cases,advanced medical science and technology innovation,training of top medical talents,international cooperation and exchanges,modern hospital management mode and system,mechanism innovation,party building and excellent creative culture,and the role of social dissemination and leadership in the construction of the National Medical Center.Meanwhile,it promotes the sustainable innovation in theory and practice of National Medical Center construction,ensures the public hospitals are the mainstay of Chinese health care system,and plays a major role in residents’health.
