摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌(GC)组织长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)母系表达基因3(MEG3)、微小RNA(miR)-7-5p表达水平变化及与患者临床分期及预后的关系。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月该院收治的104例GC患者为研究对象,将患者的GC组织标本作为GC组,对应的癌旁组织标本作为癌旁组织组,另选取同期52例行手术治疗的胃良性肿瘤患者的肿瘤组织标本作为良性肿瘤组。比较3组lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平;比较不同临床分期GC患者GC组织lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平;采用Spearman相关分析GC组织lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平与患者临床分期的相关性;采用多因素Logistic回归分析GC患者临床分期的影响因素;随访24个月,比较GC组织不同lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平患者的生存情况。结果GC组lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平低于癌旁组织组、良性肿瘤组,癌旁组织组lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平高于良性肿瘤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着临床分期的进展,GC组织lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平呈降低趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,GC组织lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平与患者临床分期均呈负相关(r=-0.527、-0.501,P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,GC组织lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p表达水平为GC患者临床分期的影响因素(P<0.05)。GC组织lncRNA MEG3高表达患者生存率高于lncRNA MEG3低表达患者(χ^(2)=5.344,P=0.021);miR-7-5p高表达患者生存率高于miR-7-5p低表达患者(χ^(2)=5.208,P=0.023)。结论GC组织中lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p水平呈异常低表达,且表达水平越低的患者临床分期越高,预后相对更差,lncRNA MEG3、miR-7-5p可作为GC病情及预后评估的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression levels of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)maternally expressed gene 3(MEG3)and microRNA(miR)-7-5p in gastric cancer(GC)tissue and their relationship with clinical stage and prognosis.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,a total of 104 GC patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the GC tissue samples of the patients were selected as GC group,the corresponding adjacent tissue samples were selected as adjacent tissue group.In addition,tumor tissue samples from 52 patients with benign gastric tumors who underwent surgical treatment during the same period were selected as benign tumor group.The expression levels of lncRNA MEG3 and miR-7-5p were compared among the three groups.The expression levels of lncRNA MEG3 and miR-7-5p in GC tissues of GC patients with different clinical stages were compared.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the expression levels of lncRNA MEG3 and miR-7-5p in GC tissues and the clinical stage of patients.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of clinical stage of GC patients.After 24 months of follow-up,the survival situation of patients with different lncRNA MEG3 and miR-7-5p expression levels in GC tissues were compared.Results The expression levels of lncRNA MEG3 and miR-7-5p in GC group were lower than those in adjacent tissue group and benign tumor group,while those in adjacent tissue group were higher than those in benign tumor group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).With the progression of clinical stage,the expression levels of lncRNA MEG3 and miR-7-5p in GC tissues decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of lncRNA MEG3 and miR-7-5p in GC tissues were negatively correlated with clinical stage of patients(r=-0.527,-0.501,P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the expression levels of lncRNA M
