摘 要:本文在一台满足国Ⅵ排放的2.8 L柴油甲醇双燃料(DMDF)发动机上,进行了不同甲醇能量比(MER)和高/低压EGR对能量平衡的影响研究。结果表明,随着MER的增大,发动机的不完全燃烧损失增加,但排气损失和冷却损失均明显降低导致发动机热效率呈现小幅提高的趋势。高压EGR可以大幅降低DMDF发动机的排气损失和不完全燃烧损失,从而大幅提升发动机热效率。通过柴油模式和DMDF模式对比分析,确定了较低的排气损失和中冷损失是DMDF获得较高热效率的关键。The influence of different methanol energy ratio(MER) and high and low pressure EGR on the energy balance was studied on a 2.8 L diesel methanol dual fuel(DMDF) engine satisfying the China Ⅵ emission regulations. The results shown that with the increase of MER, the incomplete combustion loss of engine increased, but the exhaust loss and cooling loss decreased obviously, which led to the slight improvement of engine thermal efficiency. High pressure EGR greatly improved engine thermal efficiency because it reduced exhaust loss and incomplete combustion loss of DMDF engine. Through the comparative analysis of diesel mode and DMDF mode, it was determined that lower exhaust loss and intercooling loss were the key factors for DMDF to obtain higher thermal efficiency.
