摘　　要：认知障碍是帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)常见的非运动症状,是导致患者致残和增加照料负担的重要原因。PD患者认知能力下降的时间、特征和速度各不相同,本文系统综述了PD轻度认知障碍的临床特征、不同运动亚型与认知障碍之间的关系以及相关的风险和保护因素。对PD认知损害临床特征及其危险因素的深入了解,有助于对患者进行更有效的诊治。Cognitive impairment is a common non-motor symptom of Parkinson's disease,which is an im⁃portant cause of disability and increased care burden.The time,characteristics and speed of cognitive decline in patients with Parkinson’s disease are varied.This paper systematically summarizes the clinical characteristics of mild cognitive impairment of Parkinson’s disease,The relationship between different motor subtypes and cogni⁃tive impairment,as well as the related risks and protective factors.An in-depth understanding of the clinical char⁃acteristics of cognitive impairment of Parkinson’s disease and the risk factors of cognitive impairment will help to improve the research work.It is also helpful for more effective diagnosis and treatment of patients.
