摘  要:颅内动脉粥样硬化狭窄(intracranial atherosclerosis,ICAS)是引起亚裔人群缺血性脑卒中的最主要原因,且ICAS与脑梗死的复发存在密切相关性。明确ICAS的发病原因及病变血管的管壁、管腔特征,对缺血性脑卒中的防治有重大意义。高分辨率磁共振成像不仅能反映狭窄程度,还能反映斑块形态、斑块成分、炎症等斑块内因素,是动脉粥样硬化易损病变的预测因子,可以帮助临床医生对疾病更深层次的了解,为脑血管疾病的治疗及预防有重要意义。Intracranial atherosclerosis ICAS is the most important cause of ischemic stroke in Asian popu⁃lation,and ICAS is closely related to the recurrence of cerebral infarction.It is of great significance for the preven⁃tion and treatment of ischemic stroke to clarify the pathogenesis of ICAS and the characteristics of vascular wall and lumen.High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging can not only reflect the degree of stenosis,but also reflect plaque morphology,plaque composition,inflammation and other intraplaque factors.As a predictor of atherosclerotic vulnerable lesions,it can help clinicians to have a deeper understanding of the disease and is of great significance for the treatment and prevention of cerebrovascular diseases.
