摘  要:提出了基于WebGL的工业控制三维组态虚拟仿真实验平台设计方案。平台采用WebGL技术构建真实三维工业仿真环境,结合PhysiJs技术与NodeJs技术实现模型运动的实时渲染与数据通信。该仿真平台包含场景加载、模型组装、运动控制、PLC通讯配置及实验效果仿真等功能,可快速地搭建典型工业环境下PLC软件开发的虚拟仿真实验教学场景。通过真实场景的虚拟再现,有效地解决实验场地限制、设备昂贵和多实验场景适用性等问题,从而提高工业控制领域人才的培养质量。In order to solve the problem of the limitation of experimental equipment,site and experimental investment in the training of PLC software development talents in the industrial control field,a WebGL-based PLC configuration virtual simulation system is proposed.In the platform,WebGL technology is used to build a real 3D industrial simulation environment.Combined with PhysiJs technology and NodeJs technology,real-time rendering and data communication of model motion are realized.The simulation platform includes functions such as scene loading,model assembly,motion control,PLC communication configuration and experimental effect simulation.It can quickly build a virtual simulation experimental teaching scenes of PLC in a typical industrial environment.The virtual reproduction of real scenes can also effectively solve the problems of limited experimental site,expensive equipment and multiple experimental scene applicability,so as to improve the quality of talent training in the field of industrial automation.
