摘 要:生物医学高素质创新人才的培养有助于促进医学诊断和治疗技术的发展。通过建设教学科研平台和优秀教学团队,建立学术班主任制度,开展“以学生发展为中心,培养学生专业兴趣”为目标的教学改革,科研反哺教学,开设大综合实验,加强课程思政建设,完善了课程、训练和竞赛“三位一体”的专业教学体系,使得学生的主动学习能力和专业认同感得到明显提升,为社会培养了具有更强创新创业意识和岗位适应能力的专业人才。The cultivation of high-quality innovative talents in bio-medicine can promote the development of medical diagnosis and treatment technology.Through the construction of a teaching and scientific research platform and an excellent teaching team,and the establishment of an academic advisor system,the teaching reform with the goal of“taking students’development as the center and cultivating students’professional interest”is carried out.Through scientific research feeding back to teaching,setting up large and comprehensive experiments,and strengthening the construction of“curriculum ideological and political education”,we have perfected the trinity professional teaching system of curriculum,practice training and competitions.As a result,the active learning ability and the sense of professional identity of students have been significantly improved,and more talents with a strong sense of innovation and entrepreneurship and post adaptability have been cultivated for the society.
