摘 要:以曲霉Aspergillus sp.XJ-2和小球藻C.sorokiniana XJK构建的聚生体系相对单一微藻具有更好的染料降解效果,利用靶向代谢组学技术分析比较单一小球藻与聚生体系中小球藻的代谢水平差异,结果显示聚生体系中小球藻有129种代谢产物显著上调,65种代谢产物显著下调,通过代谢产物分析推测真菌可促进小球藻糖、脂代谢水平,从而加速菌藻体系对染料的降解。为提高聚生体系的稳定性及重复利用率,选择聚氨酯泡沫固定化菌藻聚生体系,当菌藻接种比例为1∶2,固定化载体投加量为0.8 g·L^(-1),菌藻接种同时投加载体,pH值为6,温度为25℃,转速为160 r·min^(-1)的条件下,4 d固定化菌藻共生体系对分散红的脱色率可达98.8%。该体系可耐受较高的盐浓度,且能耐受一定染料浓度的波动。该聚生体系还可同时有效去除废水中氮磷,可多次重复使用,具有工业化应用潜力。The consortium constructed by Aspergillus sp.XJ-1 and C.sorokiniana XJK showed good dyes degradation effect.Target-based metabonomics was used to analyze and compare differences at metabolic level between single and aggregated Chlorella.Results showed that 129 metabolites of Chlorella were up-regulated and 65 metabolites were down-regulated,significantly.Based on the analysis of metabolites,it was speculated that fungi could promote the level of glyco lipid metabolism of Chlorella,thus accelerating the degradation of dyes by fungi and algal consortium.In order to improve the stability and reutilization rate of the consortium,the polyurethane foam was selected to immobilize fungi and algal consortium.When the inoculation ratio of fungi and algal was 1∶2,the dosage of immobilized carrier was 0.8 g·L^(-1),inoculation the addition of carriers at the same time,the pH value was 6,the temperature was 25℃,and the rotation speed was 160 r·min^(-1).The decolorization rate of disperse red was up to 98.8%by immobilized fungi and algal consortium in 4 d.The consortium can tolerate higher salt concentration and certain dye concentration fluctuation.The systen can also effectively remove nitrogen and phosphorus from wastewater.The consortium system is stable and can be reutilization which has the potential of industrial application.
