摘　　要：目的探讨肤可新医用胶原复配型凝胶敷料和胶原贴敷料在面部激光术后应用的效果,为进一步改善患者预后提供更为有效的方法。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2020年1月广东省广州市皮肤病防治所进行面部激光术的100例患者,分为两组,联合治疗组(n=50)采用肤可新医用胶原复配型凝胶敷料和胶原贴敷料联合治疗,常规冰敷组(n=50)采用常规冰敷治疗。分析两组患者的皮肤症状评分、术后创面渗出时间、红斑、疼痛持续时间、水肿时间、脱痂时间、自我感觉舒适度、满意度、临床疗效。结果联合治疗组患者的疼痛、干燥、脱屑评分均低于常规冰敷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后创面渗出时间,红斑、疼痛持续时间,水肿时间,脱痂时间均显著短于常规冰敷组;减轻创面痛痒觉及提高创面平整度、色泽、外观满意度均显著高于常规冰敷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的自我感觉舒适度(88.0%)显著高于常规冰敷组患者的自我感觉舒适度(72.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于常规冰敷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肤可新医用胶原复配型凝胶敷料和胶原贴敷料联合在面部激光术后应用效果较常规冰敷好。Objective To investigate the effect of Fukexin medical collagen compound gel dressing and collagen patch in facial laser surgery,and to provide a more effective method for further improving the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent facial laser surgery from January 2018 to January 2020 in Guangzhou Dermatology Institute of Guangdong Province were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups.The combined treatment group(n=50)was treated with fucoxin medical collagen composite gel dressing and collagen paste dressing,and the conventional ice pack group(n=50)was treated with conventional ice pack.The skin symptom scores,postoperative wound exudation time,erythema,pain duration,edema time,scab removal time,self-perceived comfort,satisfaction,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of pain,dryness and desquamation in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the conventional ice compress group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative wound exudation time,erythema duration time,pain duration time,edema time,and scab removal time were significantly shorter than those in the conventional ice compress group;relief of wound pain and itching and improvement of wound flatness,color and appearance satisfaction were significantly higher than those of conventional ice compress group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-perceived comfort(88.0%)of patients in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the self-perceived comfort of patients in the conventional ice compress group(72.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.000,P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the combined therapy group was significantly higher than that in the conventional ice compress group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application effect of Fukexin medical collagen compound gel dressing and coll
