摘 要:目的探究细胞周期检测点激酶1(Chk1)、细胞周期检测点激酶2(Chk2)、T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子3(Tim3)和癌胚抗原(CEA)在子宫肿瘤病理组织中的表达水平和对肿瘤转归结局的预测价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的160例子宫肿瘤患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据患者病理学检查结果的不同分为良性组(73例)和恶性组(87例)。比较两组患者病理组织和病理周围组织中Chk1、Chk2、Tim3和CEA的阳性表达水平,并采用受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线评估病理组织和病理周围组织Chk1、Chk2、Tim3和CEA水平对肿瘤疾病转归结局的预测价值。结果恶性组患者病理组织与其病理周围组织中Chk1、Chk2、Tim3和CEA阳性表达水平高于良性组(P<0.05)。两组患者病理组织中Chk1、Chk2、Tim3和CEA阳性表达水平高于病理周围组织(P<0.05)。良性组患者转归结局优于恶性组(P<0.05)。ROC分析结果显示,病理组织Chk1、Chk2、Tim3和CEA预测肿瘤转归的曲线下面积(AUC)值分别为0.773、0.780、0.792、0.779,病理周围组织Chk1、Chk2、Tim3和CEA预测肿瘤转归的AUC值分别为0.696、0.677、0.688、0.638。结论Chk1、Chk2、Tim3和CEA可作为子宫肿瘤疾病转归结局的预测指标。Objective To investigate the expression of cell cycle checkpoint kinase 1(Chk1),cell cycle checkpoint kinase 2(Chk2),T cell immunoglobulin mucin 3(Tim3)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in pathological tissues of patients with uterine tumors and their predictive value for tumor outcome.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 160 patients with uterine tumors admitted to the China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from January 2019 to January 2020.According to the results of pathological examination,the patients were divided into benign group(73 cases)and malignant group(87 cases).The positive expression levels of Chk1,Chk2,Tim3 and CEA in pathological tissues and pathological surrounding tissues were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of positive expression levels of Chk1,Chk2,Tim3 and CEA in pathological tissues and surrounding tissues for the outcome of uterine tumors.Results The positive expression levels of Chk1,Chk2,Tim3 and CEA in pathology and surrounding tissues of patients in malignant group were higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).The positive expression levels of Chk1,Chk2,Tim3 and CEA in the pathological tissues of the two groups were higher than those in the surrounding tissues(P<0.05).The outcome of benign group were better than that of malignant group(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the values of area under curve(AUC)of Chk1,Chk2,Tim3 and CEA in pathological tissues were 0.773,0.780,0.792 and 0.779,respectively,and the AUC values of Chk1,Chk2,Tim3 and CEA in surrounding tissues were 0.696,0.677,0.688 and 0.638,respectively.Conclusion Chk1,Chk2,Tim3,and CEA can be used as outcome predictors in uterine tumors.
