帕利哌酮缓释片对急性精神分裂症患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究用帕利哌酮缓释片对急性精神分裂症患者进行治疗的效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法:以回顾性分析的方式纳入临沂市精神卫生中心收治的46例急性精神分裂症患者进行研究,研究时间段为2020年1月至2021年11月。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各23例。给予对照组利培酮口崩片治疗,给予观察组帕利哌酮缓释片治疗。对比两组的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:(1)观察组的临床总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)中各指标(包括躯体功能、心理状态、社会功能、角色功能)的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,观察组简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)中各指标(包括焦虑抑郁、缺乏活力、思维障碍、激活性、敌对猜疑)的评分和总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗期间,观察组不良反应的发生率为8.70%,显著低于对照组的34.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)治疗后,观察组住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)中各指标(包括生活能力、工疗情况、社交能力、兴趣、讲究卫生能力)的评分和总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用帕利哌酮缓释片治疗急性精神分裂症的效果显著,能有效缓解患者的病情,改善精神状态,提高生活质量,减缓功能衰退的速度,且治疗的安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of paliperidone sustained release tablets on acute schizophrenia patients and its influence on their quality of life.Methods:46 patients with acute schizophrenia admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center from January 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone oral collapse tablets,and the observation group was treated with paliperidone sustained release tablets.The efficacy and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(73.91%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of all indexes(including physical function,mental state,social function and role function)in GQOL-74(GQOL-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the scores and total scores of all indicators in the Concise Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)(including anxiety and depression,lack of energy,thinking disorder,activation,hostility and suspicion)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.70%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the scores and total scores of all indexes(including living ability,work treatment status,social ability,interest,and hygiene ability)in IPROS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paliperidone sustained release tablets have significant effects in the treatment of acute schizophrenia,which can effectively relieve the patients’condition,improve
