摘  要:针对促动器故障修复周期长影响FAST望远镜观测的问题,提出促动器故障预测与健康管理(prognostics health management,PHM)系统解决方案。PHM系统首先以实时状态数据为输入对促动器健康状态进行评估,然后根据评估结果对其进行故障诊断或剩余寿命预测,最后结合实时维护条件生成维护决策。通过故障诊断提高维护效率,并利用剩余寿命预测模型对连续型零部件的剩余寿命进行预测,将促动器维护模式从被动式事后维护转变为主动式视情维护,从而降低促动器的平均故障修复时间,提高促动器可靠性。促动器PHM系统为FAST促动器维护提供了一种高效的维护方案,也为其他类似的系统维护研究提供参考。The observation of FAST is beset by the long fault maintenance cycle of actuators.To solve this problem,aprognostics health management(PHM)system is designed.First,the health status of the actuator is evaluated using real-time operational data.Second,based on the evaluation results,the causes of actuator fault can be identified,and the residual life of actuator can be predicted.Finally,the optimal maintenance strategy is provided.The repair efficiency can be increased via the fault diagnosis system.Moreover,the residual life of the actuator parts can be predicted using the remaining life prediction system.The maintenance mode could also be improved from passive to active,and condition-based maintenance can be realized to reduce the mean time to repair and improve the reliability of the actuator.The PHM system could be used as guidance for the problem of the actuator of FAST.Additionally,it could be used as a reference for similar system maintenance research.
