2013—2017年河北省磁县恶性肿瘤发病分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解河北省磁县居民恶性肿瘤发病情况与分布特征。[方法]按照肿瘤登记规范收集整理并分析2013—2017年恶性肿瘤新发病例报告资料,统计和计算恶性肿瘤粗发病率、中国标化率和世界标化率等指标。[结果]磁县2013—2017年累积新发恶性肿瘤8 965例,年平均粗发病率为280.25/10万,中国标化率为254.69/10万,世界标化率为256.96/10万。其中,男性粗发病率为316.94/10万,中国标化率为304.57/10万,世界标化率为310.26/10万;女性粗发病率为242.94/10万,中国标化率为210.82/10万,世界标化率为209.50/10万。发病率前5位恶性肿瘤分别是食管癌、胃癌、支气管和肺癌、肝癌和乳腺癌。平均发病率分别为80.53/10万、55.08/10万、47.17/10万、20.07/10万和12.79/10万。[结论]上消化道癌是威胁磁县居民生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤,其中食管癌依然处于发病率第一位,其次是胃癌。加强恶性肿瘤综合防治及早诊早治仍然是当前重点工作。[Purpose] To analyze the cancer incidence in Cixian County of Hebei Province from2013 to 2017.[Methods] Data of new cancer cases from 2013 to 2017 were obtained from cancer registries of Cixian, the crude incidence rate, age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population( ASR China) and by world standard population( ASR world) were calculated.[Results] From January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2017, a total of 8 965 new cases of cancer were reported, with an average crude incidence of 280.25/10~5per year;ASR China and ASR world were 254.69/10~5and 256.96/10~5, respectively. For males crude incidence rate was 316.94/10~5, ASR China and ASR world were 304.57/10~5and 310.26/10~5;for females the crude incidence rate was 242.94/10~5, ASR China and ASR world were 210.82/10~5and 209.50/10~5, respectively.The top five cancers with highest incidence rate were esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer and breast cancer, with an average cancer incidence of 80.53/10~5, 55.08/10~5,47.17/10~5, 20.07/10~5and 12.79/10~5, respectively. [Conclusion] Upper gastrointestinal cancer is the main cancer threatening residents of Cixian, and esophageal cancer still ranks the first, followed by gastric cancer in Cixian County of Hebei Province. Strengthening the comprehensive prevention and treatment of malignant tumors and early diagnosis and treatment are still the key work.
