摘　　要：护理工作是卫生健康事业的重要组成部分,对全面推进健康中国建设、积极应对人口老龄化具有重要意义。党的十八大以来,在国家各项政策的引领与支持下,我国护理事业蓬勃发展,护士队伍持续发展壮大、队伍素质不断提升,护理服务能力持续提高、服务领域不断拓展。本文结合相关国家政策,回顾了我国护理事业的发展轨迹,总结了新时代背景下护理工作的发展思路和重点工作,未来中国护理将更加紧密围绕国家政策发力,以满足人民群众健康需求为己任,为人民提供全方位全周期健康服务。Nursing is an important part of health care,which is of great significance to comprehensively promote the construction of Healthy China and actively respond to the population aging.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the guidance and support of various national policies,nursing career has been developing vigorously with the nursing workforce continues to grow,besides the quality of nursing team and nursing service has been improved,as well as the service field has been expanded.Combined with relevant national policies,this article reviews the development trajectory of nursing career,and summarizes its development ideas and key tasks.Nursing will work more closely around national policies,take meeting the people's health needs as its own mission and provide comprehensive lifecycle health services in the future.
