摘　　要：脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性肿瘤,由于缺乏针对性的靶向药物,肿瘤化疗效果不佳。阿霉素是在临床应用广泛的化疗药之一,按照阿霉素脂质体不同的表面修饰进行分类,介绍了阿霉素脂质体在脑胶质瘤靶向治疗中的应用,目前这类应用多是在基础研究中,也有部分临床实验中应用了阿霉素脂质体。本文主要阐述阿霉素脂质体的表面修饰及其在脑胶质瘤治疗研究中的应用。Glioma is the most common primary tumor of the central nervous system.Due to the lack of targeted drugs,tumor chemotherapy is ineffective.Doxorubicin is one of the widely used chemotherapeutic drugs in clinical practice.According to different surface modifications of doxorubicin liposomes,the application of doxorubi⁃cin liposomes in the targeted therapy of brain glioma is introduced.Most of the doxorubicin liposomes are used in basic research,and some in clinical trials.Therefore,this paper mainly describes the surface modification of doxo⁃rubicin liposome and its application in the treatment of glioma.
