摘　　要：目的研究口服水溶性钙补充剂对大鼠生长发育情况的影响。方法将断乳的4周龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为5组,包括低、中、高剂量水溶性钙组,高剂量碳酸钙对照组和基础饲料对照组,每组10只,经口灌胃给予受试物,实验周期7周,并对大鼠体重、身长、股骨长、股骨干重、股骨骨密度、股骨骨钙含量等关键性生长发育指标进行统计分析。结果低、中、高剂量水溶性钙组大鼠股骨的骨干重、骨钙含量和骨密度均显著大于基础饲料组(P<0.05),高剂量水溶性钙组的股骨骨长显著高于基础饲料组(P<0.05),高剂量水溶性钙组与高剂量碳酸钙对照组大鼠股骨的骨钙含量及骨密度均无显著差异(P>0.05),股骨长和股骨干重显著大于碳酸钙对照组(P<0.05),高剂量水溶性钙组大鼠的体重及身长均显著高于碳酸钙对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服水溶性钙补充剂具有良好的补钙效果,是作为钙补充剂的较佳选择。Objective To study the effects of oral water-soluble calcium supplements(WCS)on growth and development of rats.Methods 50 Female SD rats at 4 weeks old were randomly divided into 5 groups including low,medium and high-dosage WCS groups(l-WCS,m-WCS,h-WCS),high-dosage calcium carbonate control group(h-CC)and basal diet control group(BD).The test substances were administered by gavage for 7 weeks.The key growth and development indexes such as body weight,body length,femoral length,femur constant weight,femoral bone mineral density and femoral bone calcium content were statistically analyzed.Results Femur constant weight,femoral bone mineral density and femoral bone calcium content of l-WCS,m-WCS and h-WCS groups were significantly higher than that of BD group(P<0.05).Femoral length of h-WCS group were significantly higher than that of BD group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in femoral bone mineral density and femoral bone calcium content between h-WCS and h-CC groups at the same dosage.Femoral length,femur constant weight,body weight and body length of h-WCS group were significantly higher than that of h-CC group(P<0.05).Conclusion The water-soluble calcium supplement has positive calcium supplement effects and is a better candidate for calcium supplements.
