摘  要:学科随着社会、科学的发展而发展。面向未来,加强学科建设,要把握学科建设的基本点,关注未来社会的变化,探寻学科建设的新思想、新思路、新举措。面向未来的学科建设,特别要注重目标提升,要素优化,过程融合。目标提升中重点把握,学科及学科方向选择要关注国家重大战略需求;发挥学科建设在立德树人中的重要作用。要素优化中重点把握,学科带头人要成为战略科学家;建设高水平学科平台。过程融合主要体现在学科交叉融合、产教融合、城校融合。The academic program & discipline develops with the development of society and science. Facing the future and strengthen the academic program & discipline development, we should grasp the basic points of academic program & discipline development, pay attention to the changes of the future society, and explore the new thoughts, new ideas and new measures. Future-oriented academic program & discipline development should pay special attention to goal promotion, factor optimization and process integration. We should grasp the key points in the promotion of goals: the selection of academic program & discipline directions should pay attention to the major strategic needs of the country;we should give play to the important role of academic program & discipline in building morality and cultivating students. We should grasp the key points in factor optimization: the academic program & discipline leaders should become strategic scientists;the academic program & discipline platform should be built at a high-level. The process integration is mainly reflected in the interdisciplinary integration, the integration of industry and education, and the integration of city and college.
