摘　　要：聚落是流域空间的重要节点,在城镇化和流动性的背景下面临破碎化、同质化、劣质化的危机。文章以黄河流域黄土高原地区的聚落为研究对象,分析近500年来“人口—生产—生态”三个子系统之间的相关性及其相互作用的规律;总结了当代流域聚落政策的发展历程、目标维度及空间效益。在此基础上,提出宏观落实文化遗产空间体系、中观统筹“区域”与“要素”、微观协调生产与生态的流域聚落适应性发展规划路径,为黄河流域高质量发展与新时期流域国土空间规划编制提供借鉴。Settlements are crucial nodes of river basin,facing the crisis of fragmentation,homogenization and deterioration in the context of urbanization and mobility.This study takes the Loess Plateau region of the Yellow River Basin as the study area,analyzes the correlation and interaction between the three subsystems of"population","production",and"ecology"over the past 500 years,summarizes the development history,objective dimensions,and spatial benefits of current settlement policies.On this basis,this study formulates adaptive development planning paths of settlements in river basin,which includes the macro implementation of the spatial system of cultural heritage,the meso coordination of"region"and"elements",and the micro coordination of"production"and"ecology".This study provides references for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin and the formulation of territorial spatial planning of basin in the new era.
