面向寒地地域文化传承的地方高校设计人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：文章以寒地地域文化的传承和创新为目标,针对地方高校设计人才的培养方向、培养目标、根本任务等问题进行探讨。并以黑龙江省为例,从寒地地域文化传承及其物质载体设计所面临的人才问题出发,结合当前冰雪文化及经济发展的时代背景,深入挖掘能够为寒地地域文化传承和地方发展提供智力保障的设计人才培养路径。以期解决寒地地域文化传承及其产品价值转化面临的人才匮乏问题,打破地方设计人才需求与高校人才培养之间的壁垒,并提供一种可供参考的方法。Aiming at the inheritance and innovation of the cold region culture,this paper discusses the training direction,training objectives and fundamental tasks of design talents in local colleges and universities.Taking Heilongjiang Province as an example,starting from the talent problems faced by regional cultural inheritance and material carrier design in cold regions,combined with the current background of ice and snow culture and economic development,this paper deeply explores the cultivation path of design talents that can provide intellectual guarantee for regional cultural inheritance and local development in cold regions.In order to solve the problem of talent shortage in cold region cultural inheritance and product value transformation,and to break the barrier between local design talent demand and college talent training to provide a reference method and guidance.
