浸渍纸层压木质地板吸水厚度膨胀率检测方法及指标适用性研究

摘　　要：浸渍纸层压木质地板是我国木地板的重要品类。吸水厚度膨胀率是国家标准中用于衡量浸渍纸层压木质地板防水性能的一项重要指标。通过对浸渍纸层压木质地板国家标准GB/T 18102-2020中6.3.4吸水厚度膨胀率标准测试方法和模拟浸水试验结果的比较分析,建立标准测试方法和水浸环境下试验结果之间的关联性,验证标准检测方法的适用性,并为其指标值设置提供依据。Laminate floor coverings are an important category of wood floor in China.Thickness swelling rate is an important index used to measure the waterproofing performance of laminate floor coverings in the national standard.In this paper,through the comparison and analysis of the standard test method for thickness swelling rate of laminate floor coverings in the national standard GB/T 18102-20206.3.4 and the simulated immersion test results,the correlation between the results obtained by the standard test method and the simulation test in the immersion environment was established to verify the applicability of the standard test method and provide a basis for the setting of its index value.
