摘 要:目的:探讨低领切口在甲状腺癌颈淋巴结清扫术中的应用疗效。方法:回顾性分析2013年11月—2016年11月南平市第一医院收治的98例进行颈淋巴结清扫术患者的临床资料。根据切口类型分为观察组和对照组,对两组患者清扫淋巴结数目及术后生活质量等进行统计分析。结果:两组患者在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴb区淋巴结清扫数目比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.320、-0.910、-0.040、0.040,P>0.05)。对切口疤痕的色泽、柔韧性、疼痛等方面进行量化评分,观察组得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.910、-7.310、-6.470,P<0.05)。结论:对于甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)伴有颈侧区淋巴结转移的患者采用低领弧形切口进行颈淋巴结清扫,可以改善患者颈部感觉及功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the application effect of low neck incision in cervical lymph node dissection for thyroid cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients who underwent neck dissection from November 2013 to 2016 were retrospective⁃ly analyzed.According to the incisiontype,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.The number of dissected lymph nodes and postoperative quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:There was no sta⁃tistically significant difference in the number of lymph nodes dissected inⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤb level between the two groups(t=0.32,-0.91,-0.04,0.04,P>0.05).The color,flexibility,pain and other aspects of incision scars were quantitatively scored.The scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-6.91,-7.31,-6.47,P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with papillary thyriod carcinoma(PTC)and lymph node metastasis in the lateral cervical region,neck lymph node dissection with a low-neck arc incision can improve the patients’neck sensation and function,improve the quality of life.
