摘  要:目的:探究体验式学习在康复实训教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年6月在河南大学、郑州大学实习的120例康复医学学生为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为常规组与体验组,每组各60人。常规组采用常规的教学方法;体验组进行体验式教学方法,由专门的人员对相关带教的康复医师进行体验式教学的相关培训。培训结束后比较两组学生实训后对康复治疗的认知程度、康复治疗操作考核评分及对实训教学的满意度。结果:体验组康复治疗认知程度得分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.261、8.038,P<0.05)。体验组康复治疗操作考核评分及对实训教学满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.624、11.768,P<0.05)。结论:体验式学习在康复实训教学中的应用效果显著,与常规教学方法比较,体验式教学可提升康复医学生对康复治疗的认知程度、操作水平与对实训教学的满意程度。Objective:To explore the application effect of experiential learning in rehabilitation training teaching.Methods:A total of 120 rehabilitation medicine students who practiced in Henan University and Zhengzhou University from September 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a routine group and an experience group by random number table method,with 60 people in each group.The conventional group adopts conventional teaching methods,the experience group conducts experiential teaching,and specialized personnel conduct relevant training on experiential teaching for the relevant rehabilitation physicians.After the training,the cognitive level of rehabilitation therapy,the assessment score of rehabilitation therapy operation and the satisfaction with practical training were compared between the two groups of students after practical training.Results:The cognitive score of rehabilitation therapy in the experience group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.261,8.038,P<0.05).The scores of rehabilitation therapy operation assessment and satisfaction score of practical training in the experience group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.624,11.768,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of experiential learning in rehabilitation training teaching is remarkable.Compared with conventional teaching methods,experiential teaching can improve rehabilitation medical students’cognition,operation level and satisfaction with practical training.
