团队培训模式对护士血源性病原体职业暴露的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析对护士血源性病原体职业暴露的防治中实施团队培训模式有效性。方法:样本医院2017年1月开始对急诊护士实施血源性病原体职业暴露的团队培训管理模式(实验组)与2017年1月前急诊护士的常规培训管理模式(参照组)进行对比,两组护士均为同一批护士,共22人,对比两组护士的紧急处理能力、专业素养、应对能力、总满意度及职业暴露发生风险。结果:实验组管理后的职业安全防护知识掌握评分、实践考核中紧急处理能力评分、护士专业素养评分、积极应对对培训模式的满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.165、5.945、7.596,P<0.05);实验组的职业暴露发生率、消极应对评分、总压力评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.479、9.722、2.870,P<0.05)。结论:在急诊护士的血源性病原体职业暴露防护中给予团队培训模式的有效性显著,减少职业暴露危险事件的发生。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of implementing team training mode in the prevention and treatment of nurses’occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.Methods:A hospital started to implement the team training management mode of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens for emergency nurses in January 2017(experimental group)and compared with the routine training management mode of emergency nurses before January 2017(reference group).The two groups of nurses were the same batch of nurses,with a total of 22 people.The emergency handling ability,professional quality,coping ability,total satisfaction and occupational exposure risk of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of occupational safety protection knowledge mastery,the score of emergency handling ability in practice assessment,the score of nurses’professional quality,and the satisfaction of active response to the training mode after management in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.165,5.945,7.596,P<0.05).The incidence of occupational exposure,negative coping score and total stress score in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.479,9.722,2.870,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effectiveness of the team training mode in the occupational exposure protection of blood-borne pathogens in emergency nurses is significant,reducing the occurrence of occupational exposure hazards.
