摘　　要：2022年9月25日,备受海内外金石篆刻界关注的第四届陈介祺艺术节在国际金石圣地、中国金石之都潍坊隆重开幕。全国政协第十一届、十二届常委、中央文史研究馆馆员、中国书法家协会名誉主席苏士澍;中国书法家协会分党组副书记、秘书长、中国人民大学艺术学院教授、博士生导师郑晓华;全国政协委员、中国艺术研究院中国篆刻院院长、博士生导师、中国书法家协会理事、妇女工作委员会副主任、西泠印社理事骆芃芃;中国书法家协会理事,学术委员会委员。Chen Jieqi is acollector and epigrapher in the Qing Dynasty who has beenwidely acknowledged as an "unprecedented or sincemaster of epigraphy since the 19^(th) century.Forhis collection of over 7 ooo seals of Xia,Shang,Zhou,Qing and Han dynasties,henamed hishouseas"Wanyinlou",meaninga housewith ten thousand seals.As a reputed place for seals,it enjoys the same reputationas Xiling Seal Societyin thesouthof China.Seal Collections of Shizhongshan fan compiled by Chen Jieqi isa required book for sealengravers athomeand abroad.
