摘　　要：腺苷三磷酸结合盒(ABC)转运蛋白是人体内最大的转运蛋白家族, 分布广泛且功能复杂, 主要介导各种底物在细胞膜上的易位。笔者现围绕ABC转运蛋白的结构、分类、功能以及其在AD中的研究进展进行综述, 旨在探讨在该领域防治AD的未来研究方向, 为AD的防治工作提供新的思路与参考。ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters are the largest transporter families in human bodies;they are widely distributed and have complex functions.ABC transporters can mediate the translocation of various substrates on the cell membrane.This paper summarizes the structure,classification,function and action mechanism of ABC transporters and the research progress of ABC transporters in AD in recent years,and discusses the future research direction for preventing and treating AD in this field to provide new ideas and references for the prevention and treatment of AD.
