摘 要:为降低异氰酸酯(MDI)胶黏剂的使用成本,拓展其在环保人造板领域的应用,分别以超细碳酸钙和滑石粉为填料对MDI进行填充改性,制备杨木胶合板。分析两种填料对MDI流变性能及胶合板综合性能的影响。结果表明:改性前后MDI胶均为假塑性流体,纯MDI胶的黏度为342.9 mPa·s。碳酸钙含量为9%时,MDI的黏度增至437.7 mPa·s;滑石粉含量为9%时,MDI的黏度降至104.3 mPa·s。两种填料的加入均降低胶合板静曲强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)和内结合强度(IB)。填料含量为9%时,滑石粉改性MDI胶所制板材的MOR值(65.66 MPa)比碳酸钙改性MDI胶所制板材的MOR值(56.53 MPa)大。碳酸钙改性MDI胶所制板材的MOE和IB(8 162 MPa和1.18 MPa)均优于滑石粉的MOE和IB(7 123 MPa和0.96 MPa)。当两种填料含量小于12%,板材的各项力学性能仍优于《普通胶合板》(GB/T 9846—2015)要求。In order to reduce the cost of isocyanate(MDI) adhesive and expand its application in the field of environment-friendly wood-based panel,MDI was filled with ultrafine calcium carbonate and talcum powder respectively to prepare poplar plywood.The effects of two fillers on rheological properties of MDI and comprehensive properties of plywood were analyzed.The results show that before and after modification the MDI adhesive are pseudoplastic fluid,and the viscosity of pure MDI adhesive is 342.9 mPa·s.When the content of calcium carbonate is 9%,the viscosity of MDI increases to 437.7 m Pa·s.When the content of talcum powder is 9%,the viscosity of MDI decreases to 104.3 mPa·s.The addition of both fillers reduces modulus of rupture(MOR),modulus of elasticity(MOE) and internal bond strength(IB) of plywood.When the filler content is 9%,the MOR value(65.66 MPa) of the plywood made of talc powder modified MDI adhesive is larger than that of plywood made of calcium carbonate modified MDI adhesive(56.53 MPa).The MOE and IB(8 162 MPa and 1.18 MPa) of calcium carbonate modified MDI adhesive are better than those of talcum powder(7 123 MPa and 0.96 MPa).When the content of the two fillers is less than 12%,the mechanical properties of the plywood are still better than the requirements of ’Plywood for general use’(GB/T 9846—2015).
