摘　　要：目的 探讨医薇妍~?抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)凝胶敷料对HPV感染合并妇科炎症(宫颈炎)进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选取本院收治的300例HPV感染合并宫颈炎患者,将其分成两组(根据治疗方法分组),对照组144例采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,试验组156例采用医薇妍~?抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)凝胶敷料治疗。对比两组HPV转阴率、白带异常减少率、临床疗效。结果 试验组HPV转阴率(91.03%)、白带异常减少率(96.79%)、治疗总有效率(98.08%)均较对照组(58.33%、52.78%、89.58%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对HPV感染合并宫颈炎的患者,采用医薇妍~?抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)凝胶敷料治疗效果良好,能显著提高HPV转阴率,改善白带异常。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiweiyananti-human papillomavirus(HPV) gel dressing in the treatment of HPV infection complicated with gynecological inflammation(cervicitis). Methods A total of 300 patients with HPV infection and cervicitis in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups(grouped by treatment method). 144 patients in the control group were treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel, and 156 patients in the experimental group were treated with Yiweiyananti-human papillomavirus(HPV) gel dressing. The HPV negative conversion rate, abnormal leucorrhea reduction rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The HPV negative conversion rate(91.03%), the abnormal reduction rate of leucorrhea(96.79%) and the total effective rate(98.08%) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(58.33%, 52.78%, 89.58%), and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with HPV infection complicated with cervicitis, the use of Yiweiyananti-human papillomavirus(HPV) gel dressing has good effect,which can significantly improve the HPV negative conversion rate, significantly improve the HPV negative conversion rate and improve the abnormal leucorrhea.
