摘  要:目前针对骨骼肌损伤后修复的研究很多,涉及遗传学和表观遗传学机制,如转录因子和非编码RNA。microRNA作为一种小分子非编码RNA,在骨骼肌损伤修复过程中起着重要作用。microRNA参与调节肌卫星细胞静止与活化以及活化后的增殖与分化,参与调控成肌细胞增殖、分化的关键信号通路及各种转录因子表达,在胚胎期骨骼肌形成、出生后骨骼肌发育、成年期肌肉损伤修复等进程发挥重要作用。本文概述了microRNA在骨骼肌生成、发育及损伤修复中的调控作用,并对其机制进行综述,为肌肉损伤修复的治疗提供新的研究方向。At present,there are many researches on repair of skeletal muscle after injury,involving genetic and epigenetic mechanisms,such as transcription factors and non⁃coding RNAs.As a small non⁃coding RNA,microRNA plays a vital role in the repair of skeletal muscle.MicroRNA is involved in regulating the quiescence and activation of muscle satellite cells as well as the proliferation and differentiation after activation.It is involved in regulating the key signal pathways of myoblast proliferation and differentiation,as well as the expression of various transcription factors.So it plays an important role in the formation of skeletal muscle in the embryonic stage,the development of skeletal muscle after birth,and the process of muscle damage repair in adulthood.This paper summarizes the regulatory role of microRNA in skeletal muscle formation,development,and damage repair,and reviews its mechanism,providing new research directions for the treatment of muscle traumatic diseases.
