摘  要:针对电缆式地层流体取样器大斜度井下入困难,井筒近井壁区域受钻井液滤液长时间浸泡污染等问题,研制了随钻地层流体取样工具。该工具可在井筒打开后短时间内,控制伺服电机-减速丝杠带动活塞往复运动,驱动探针缩、出密封井壁并自动进行流体的抽吸、存储,从而取得低污染率的地层流体样品。介绍了工具的系统组成和工作原理,对其控制系统、动力组件、取样组件和储罐系统等关键模块进行了设计,并通过现场试验验证了其工作可靠性。试验结果表明:研制的随钻流体取样工具满足?215.9 mm井眼的地层流体取样需求,并可实现地面系统与井下工具的信号传输和自动取样;工具耐温175℃,耐压140 MPa,一次入井可取样品4个,单个储罐容积500 mL,2回次6个取样点的样品平均污染率6.62%。该工具的研制可为随钻地层测试仪器的设计与应用提供技术借鉴。In order to solve the problems that the cable-type formation fluid sampler(FFS)is difficult to run in highly deviated wells,and the near-wellbore area is soaked and contaminated by drilling fluid filtrate for a long time,a set of formation fluid sampling tools while drilling was developed.The sampling tool controls the servo motor-deceleration screw to drive the piston to reciprocate in a short time after the wellbore is opened,drive the probe out of the sealed wellbore,and realize the automatic fluid suction and storage,so as to obtain the formation fluid sample with low-contamination rate.The system composition and working principle of the sampling tool was introduced and its key modules such as control system,power module,sampling module and storage tank system were designed.Field tests were carried out to verify its reliability.The test results show that the sampling tool can meet the sampling requirements of formation fluid in?215.9 mm borehole,and can realize automatic sampling and signal transmission between surface system and downhole tools.The sampling tool has a temperature resistance of 175℃and a pressure resistance of 140 MPa.Four samples can be taken on one trip,the volume of a single storage tank is 500 mL,and the average contamination rate of 6 samples on two trips was 6.62%.The development of the sampling tool provides technical reference for the design and application of formation testing instrument while drilling.
