摘 要:探索推动“课堂教学革命”的有效路径。自2019年开始,在全校范围内,从改变教师课堂教学观念、构建课堂教学管理及监控体系、强化现代信息技术与教育教学深度融合、提升教师教学创新能力和制定有效的教学激励机制5个模块入手,推动课堂教学革命。将2018届与2021届毕业生进行对比研究,发现2021届毕业生初次就业率提高了3.79%,考研录取率提高了9.64%,课堂教学满意度提高了5.28%;教师获课堂教学竞赛等省级以上教学比赛奖项21项,其中一等奖6项,获省级教学成果奖12项。以推动“课堂教学革命”为主线,全面深化教育教学改革,可有效提高地方本科院校应用型本科人才培养能力。To explore an effective way to promote the teaching revolution,have been adopted since 2019 from five aspects,which covers changing teachers'teaching concepts,building a teaching management and monitoring system,strengthening the deep integration of modern information technology and education,improving teachers'teaching innovation ability,and formulating effective teaching incentive mechanism.This revolution has made comprehensive achievements.For students,a comparative study was conducted between the 2018 graduates and the 2021 graduates,and it was found that the initial employment rate of the 2021 graduates increased by 3.79%,and the admission rate for postgraduate entrance examinations increased by 9.64%;in addition,the satisfaction of the 2021 graduates with teaching has increased by 5.28%compared with the 2018 graduates.For teachers,young teachers have won 21 provincial-level teaching competitions,including 6 first prizes,12 provincial teaching achievement awards.To promoting"the revolution of teaching"as the main line,comprehensively deepening the reform of education and teaching can effectively improve the ability of local colleges to cultivate applied undergraduate talents.
