摘 要:社会体育指导与管理专业实践技能考核评价关系到人才培养的质量,不科学的考核评价方式,会阻碍人才实践能力的提升.进行社会体育指导与管理专业实践技能考核评价的分析,能够更好地为社会体育指导与管理专业实践技能考核提供相应的参考与借鉴.文章采用文献资料等研究方法,分析当前社会体育指导与管理专业实践技能考核中存在的问题.从考核评价的主体、考核评价的方法、考核评价的形式方面,提出评价的改革思路,指出要做好实践教学体系建设,完善实践课程与管理体系,更好地实现多维度实践技能考核评价的有效组织,发挥评价体系的重要价值,进一步提升教学评价的实际效益.The assessment of practical skills of social sports guidance and management is related to the quali⁃ty of talent training,and the unscientific assessment method will hinder the improvement of talent′s practical ability.The analysis of the assessment of social sports guidance and management can better provide the corre⁃sponding reference for the assessment of social sports guidance and management.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the assessment of practical skills of social sports guidance and management specialty by means of literature and other research methods.The evaluation reform ideas are put forward from three as⁃pects,such as the main body of evaluation,evaluation methods,evaluation.It is pointed out that the pratical teaching system should be well constructed,the practical curricuilum should be perfected,the effective multidimensional practical skill evaluation should be better realized,and the important value of the evaluation sys⁃tem should be brought into play,so as to futher improve the effectiveness of the teaching evaluation.
