摘　　要：汤剂传承千年,是中医临床应用最广的一种剂型,也是中医辨证论治的核心手段之一。但汤剂煎煮方法与临床疗效紧密相关,影响煎煮效果因素众多,且中药各有性质,煎煮亦有不同,故中药煎煮常缺乏规范性,掌握正确的煎煮方法,明了煎药影响因素,洞悉中药处方特点,对中药进入人体发挥作用至关重要。中医眼科发展了中药煎剂的应用范围,雾化方式的应用,丰富了汤剂的给药途径,唯有明确煎药法理,方能更好指导眼科临床应用。Decoction has been passed down for thousands of years which is the most widely used dosage form and one of the core means in syndrom differentiation and treatmen of Chinese medicine.However,the preparation method of decoction is closely related to the clinical efficacy.There are many factors affecting the decoction,and each hurb has its own properties and decocts differently.So Chinese medicine decoction often lacks standardization,Master the correct decoction method,understanding the influencing factors of decoction,and insighting into the characteristics of Chinese medicine prescription are crucial for the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine.Ophthalmology of TCM has developed the application scope of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the application of atomization method,enriched the route of administration of decoction,Only by clarifying the decoction method,can we use Chinese medicine better in ophthalmic clinic.
