摘 要:本土中文教师在国际中文教育中发挥着核心作用,有力地保障了对象国中文教育的长期稳定发展。英国作为较早产生中文需求的欧洲国家之一,研究其本土中文教师发展状况及经验对于欧洲及西方发达国家本土中文教师的发展极具代表性和借鉴性。综合英国高校、中小学及华文学校本土中文教师发展现状,可看出英国本土中文教师发展总体向好,但也存在“质”和“量”的问题:缺乏高质量、高水平的本土中文教师;需求方与供给方尚未形成完善的双循环。针对上述问题,应对策略是:抓住项目启动契机探寻合作;支持中英联合培养师资;与协会合作加强培训;加强在岗和潜在师资的培训指导。Local Chinese-language teachers play a vital role in international Chinese education and can ensure the long-term and stable development of Chinese education in the target country effectively.Because UK is one of the European countries that had an early demand for Chinese language education,the study of the development and experience of its local Chinese-language teachers has much exemplary and enlightening significance to the development of local Chinese-language teachers in Europe and other developed countries in the West.The analysis of the current development of the local Chinese-language teachers in British universities,primary and secondary schools as well as Chinese language schools reveals that the development of local Chinese-language teachers in Britain is generally good.However,it still has some problems in terms of quality and quantity like a lack of high-quality and high-level local Chinese-language teachers,while the demand side and the supply side have not formed a good“dual circulation”yet.The solutions include the timely grasp of the cooperative opportunity to start the relevant projects,train local Chinese-language teachers jointly,cooperate with the relevant associations to improve teacher training,and strengthen the guidance and training for the in-service and potential Chinese-language teachers in UK.
