摘　　要：在带有启动时间的多重休假模型中同时考虑了顾客的批量到达及到达率不同两种情形,建立了新的排队模型,利用母函数法,给出了新模型的系统稳态队长,等待时间的LST等一些重要的性能指标,为这类模型的应用提供了理论依据.Based on the multiple vacations model with the set-up times of arriving at the same time considering the bulk of its customers and the rate of two kinds of situations,different new queuing model was established,by the method of generating function,a new model of the system steady-state captain,waiting time and so on some important performance indexes were given that provide a theoretical basis for the application of this model.
