摘 要:样品经预处理后使用激发-发射荧光光谱仪获取荧光信号。基于交替惩罚三线性分解(APTLD)和自加权交替三线性分解(SWATLD)算法的二阶校正方法,借助显著的“二阶优势”在重叠的光谱信号中准确分辨出多菌灵和西维因的光谱,获得定性定量结果。多菌灵和西维因的回收率分别为97.4%~105.2%和103.0%~106.2%,标准偏差均小于4%,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)在接受范围内。对选择性、灵敏度、检出限、定量限等品质因子进行了计算,并使用椭圆联合置信区(EJCR)进行统计分析,表明该方法可实现大米中多种农药残留同时定量检测。Fluorescence signals were obtained by excitation-emission fluorescence spectrometer after simple pretreatment of samples. Based on the second-order correction methods of alternating penalized trilinear decomposition(APTLD) and self-weighted alternating trilinear decomposition(SWATLD) algorithm,the optical spectra of carbendazim and carbaryl could be accurately distinguished from the overlapping spectral signals by the significant "second-order advantage",and reliable qualitative and quantitative results were obtained.The recoveries of carbendazim and carbaryl were 97.4%-105.2% and 103.0%-106.2%,respectively,and the standard deviations were all less than 4%. The root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)was within the acceptable range. The quality factors of selectivity,sensitivity,limit of detection and limit of quantification were calculated,and the elliptic joint confidence region was used for confidence region statistical analysis. All the results showed that the method could realize the simultaneous quantitative analysis of multiple pesticide residues in rice.
