摘　　要：加热炉出口温度的控制主要取决于对燃气流量和风量的串级控制。本文提出一种自适应模糊PID串级控制,并且运用Matlab软件进行了较为全面的仿真和性能分析。结果表明:该控制器能够迅速消除系统余差,既具有PID串级控制器高精度的优点,又具有模糊控制器快速、适应性强的特点。The control of heating furnace outlet temperature mainly depends on the cascade control of gas flow and air volume.An adaptive fuzzy PID cascade control are presented,and Matlab software is used to carry out a more comprehensive simulation and performance analysis.The results show that the controller can eliminate the system redundancy quickly,which has the advantages of high precision PID cascade controller,also has the characteristics of fast fuzzy controller,strong adaptability.
