铆接工艺对镀锌板抗腐蚀性影响试验研究

摘　　要：采用镀锌板材质的燃气采暖热水炉集烟罩电阻点焊连接位置在使用周期内出现明显腐蚀现象,为排除烟气泄漏的安全隐患,保持集烟罩密封性能,需对集烟罩设计与制造工艺进行优化。为工艺改革提供优选方案,从集烟罩连接工艺方案出发,分析电阻点焊、拉铆、TOX铆接工艺优缺点,拟定试验方案。针对电阻点焊、铝合金抽芯铆钉的拉铆工艺、TOX铆接连接工艺等3种工艺方案,采用酸性盐雾试验研究其连接区域的抗腐蚀性能。试验结果表明,采用铝合金材质抽芯铆钉的拉铆工艺和TOX铆接工艺的镀锌板集烟罩抗腐蚀性能均好于电阻点焊连接工艺。同时,拉铆工艺预制孔的开设破坏了镀锌板的完整性,连接区域附近出现了明显腐蚀,因此,采用镀锌板材质燃气采暖热水炉集烟罩优先选用TOX铆接工艺进行装配连接。The resistance spot welding connection position of the smoke collecting cover of gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler made of galvanized sheet has obvious corrosion during the service cycle.In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards of flue gas leakage and maintain the sealing performance of the smoke collecting cover,it is necessary to optimize the design and manufacturing process of the smoke collecting cover.Starting from the connection process scheme of smoke collecting hood,an optimal scheme was provided for process reform,the advantages and disadvantages of resistance spot welding,pull riveting and TOX riveting were analyzed,and the test scheme was formulated.The corrosion resistance of the connection area was studied by acid salt spray test according to three process schemes:resistance spot welding,pull riveting process of aluminum alloy blind rivets and TOX riveting process.The test results show that the corrosion resistance of galvanized sheet smoke collector with aluminum alloy pop rivets and TOX riveting is better than that of resistance spot welding.At the same time,the opening of prefabricated holes in the pull riveting process destroys the integrity of the galvanized plate,and obvious corrosion occurs near the connection area.Therefore,the TOX riveting process is preferred for the smoke collection hood of gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler made of galvanized plate.
