摘　　要：从社会与文化评论视角,挖掘北京冬奥会成功举办的时代价值、文化与社会意义。“一起向未来”是一项融合世界性意义和民族性价值的全球体育发展倡议,传达了中国是“世界的中国”的新理念新格局。北京冬奥会开幕式展现了中国与世界文明交流互鉴的发展成果,诠释了人类命运共同体理念。弘扬与践行北京冬奥精神,是实现北京冬奥会文化遗产可持续利用的重要内容。科技应用创新助力北京冬奥会筹办举办全过程,科技赋能是推动体育事业高质量发展的重要力量。北京冬奥会志愿者招募创新,深化了奥运遗产的实践形式,推动以志愿者个体叙事为传播形式的奥运参与式体验的文化生成与发展。谷爱凌移民融入的文化表征,实现了民族认同、自我认同、行为表征、形象建构相统一。面向2035年我国建成体育强国战略布局,全力实现我国竞技体育更有效率、更可持续、更高质量的发展。From the perspective of social and cultural commentary, the paper discusses about the era values, cultural and social significance of the success of Beijing Winter Olympic Games. “Together for a Shared Future” is a global sports development initiative that combines global significance and national values, conveying a new vision of China as the “China of the world”. The opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games showcased the development achievements of the exchange and mutual reference of civilizations between China and the world, and interpreted the concept of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind. Carrying forward and fulfilling Beijing Winter Olympic spirits are important parts in the sustainable utilization of the cultural heritage of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games. Technological application innovation helped the whole process of organizing the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, and technology empowerment is the important strength to promote the high-quality development of sports undertakings. The innovations in volunteer recruitment deepened the practical form of the Olympic legacy, and promoted the cultural generation and development of the Olympic participatory experience in the form of individual volunteer narratives as a form of communication. The cultural representation of Gu Ailing’s immigration integration achieves the unification of national identity, self-identity, behavioral representation and image construction. The goals include facing the strategic layout of building China as a sports power by 2035 and achieving more efficient, sustainable and higher quality development of competitive sports in China.
