基于DP-FIM的社区医疗物联网敏感数据保护方法

摘　　要：利用当前方法对敏感数据进行保护时,存在信息损失度高、隐匿率低、保护时间短的问题,为此提出了基于DP-FIM的社区医疗物联网敏感数据保护方法。基于物联网技术建立了社区医疗物联网结构,并采用DBSCAN算法对其中的敏感数据进行聚类,将匿名后的敏感数据标记记录隐藏在记录分组中;采用DP-FIM模型保护敏感数据,同时在模型中引入两种不同的噪声机制,使该模型的保护效果更佳。实验证明该方法的安全性强、有效性高。When using the current methods to protect sensitive data,there are problems such as high information loss,low concealment rate and short protection time.Therefore,a sensitive data protection method of community medical Internet of Things based on DP-FIM is proposed.Based on the Internet of Things technology,the community medical Internet of Things structure is established,and the DBSCAN algorithm is used to cluster the sensitive data,and the anonymous sensitive data marked records are hidden in the record group.Then,the DP-FIM model is used to protect sensitive data,and two different noise mechanisms are introduced into the model to make the protection effect of the model reach the extreme.Experiments show that the method has strong security and high effectiveness.
