摘　　要：为了给社会培养优秀的毕业生,在植物学实验和植物学实习等实践教学过程中,逐渐培养大学生的动手能力、探索精神等综合素质,养成勤俭节约等良好的实验室素养。通过植物学野外实习培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,在完成实习任务的同时,让学生参与到教师的科学研究中去,提高学生对科研的兴趣,为相关科研队伍储备人才。野外实习时培养学生的吃苦耐劳和野外生存能力及环保意识,并逐渐将素质教育融入实践教学环节,从而为社会培养德才兼备的新一代大学生。The comprehensive qualities such as practical ability,good laboratory qualities such as diligence and thrift and exploration spirit of college students are gradually cultivated in order to cultivate high quality graduates for the society in the process of practice teaching such as botany experiment and botany practice.While completing the practice task,the practical ability and innovative ability of the college students are cultivated through botany field practice.We encourage students to involved in scientific research of some teachers to improve the interest of students in scientific research in order to reserve talents for the scientific research team.The new generation of college students with both political integrity and professional competence for the society are cultivated through field practice training students to bear hardships and stand hard work,field survival ability and environmental awareness,and gradually integrated quality education into the practice of teaching links.
