摘 要:目的探讨Bio-gide膜(Bio-gide膜引导骨再生术在口腔修复中的修复成功率及植骨厚度,它是盖世公司的可吸收生物膜,全称是Geistlich Bio-Gide■屏障膜)。方法选取2018年7月~2019年3月本院口腔科收治的40例牙齿缺失需行引导骨再生术的患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为2组,各20例,对照组与研究组分别采用海奥口腔生物膜、Bio-gide膜进行引导骨再生修复,观察两组成骨厚度、植骨厚度及修复成功率、术后12个月牙周指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较,研究组术后6个月成骨厚度、植骨厚度均显著增大(P<0.05),研究组修复成功率为96.00%,明显高于对照组(86.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12个月研究组患者PD、AL、SBI等牙周指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后主要出现膜暴露、伤口裂开、感染、面部肿胀等并发症,其中研究组并发症总发生率为15.00%,较对照组(35.00%)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bio-gide膜能促进骨缺损区骨生长,提高种植体成功率,并能降低术后并发症发生风险,是一种可靠的引导骨再生术修复材料,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the success rate and thickness of bone grafting of Bio-gide membrane-guided bone regeneration in oral repair.Method A total of 40 cases of missing teeth in our department of stomatology from July 2018 to March 2019 were chosed as the research subjects,which needed guided bone regeneration.The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,each with 20 cases.The control group and the research group received guided bone regeneration and repair using Haiao oral biofilm and Bio-gide film respectively.The bone thickness of the two components,the thickness of bone graft,the success rate of repair,periodontal indexes at 12 months after operation and postoperative complications were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the osteogenic thickness and bone graft thickness of the study group increased significantly at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The repair rate of the research group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The periodontal indexes of PD,AL,and SBI in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Membrane exposure,wound dehiscence,infection,facial swelling and other complications occurred in the two groups.The total incidence of complications in the study group was 15.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(35.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bio-gide membrane-guided bone regeneration can promote bone growth in bone defect areas,improve the success rate of implants,and can reduce the risk of postoperative complications.It is a reliable material for guided bone regeneration and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
